DIVERSITY – INCLUSION

Society is defined as a group of individuals that interact with one another within the same region.

Social cohesion and social atomization are central topics in terms of organizing and functioning of large-scale societies.

Even though we live in a developed society, the interconnectedness of people within most societies has increased tremendously over the past decade, but at the same time a big gap has also been created.

An increasing level of societal fragmentation into small isolated groups has been observed, which results in social imbalance & exclusive behavioral patterns.

The term ‘Social balance’ is describing the mechanism in which every person has the same opportunities to evolve in every aspect of life and achieve the best possible outcome within the same community.

Inclusive strategies with respect to human nature need to be implemented in order to achieve the best results.
